United States : ConvaTec Healthcare, a world-leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative medical technologies for community and hospital care today announced that it plans to refinance substantially all of the company’s debt under its existing senior secured and mezzanine facilities through a combination of new senior secured credit facilities and an offering of one or more series of new notes. The offering of the new notes will not be registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws and the new notes may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended and applicable state securities laws.
