    New Delhi :  At the recent 29th AAHAR the largest fair on Food & Hospitality  Sector in India, Chef Vinay Gharti of Radisson Blu, Mahipalpur and  Chef  Rijul  Gulati from IHM Pusa were awarded for their excellence in Professional Chef and Apprentice Chef Category respectively in New Delhi.

    All the participants were judged in various categories including a category for rice. Mr. Mrinal Mathur, GM Marketing, LT Foods Ltd gave away the award to  Winner of Professional Chef Mr.Vinay Gharti from Radisson Blu, Mahilpalpur with Mrinal Mathur, GM Marketing, LT FoodsChef  Vinay  Gharti  and  to Chef Rijul Gulati. The winners received an amount of Rs 10,000/- each from Daawat Foods.

    Speaking  on  the  occasion  Mr. Mrinal Mathur, GM Marketing, LT Foods Ltd.

    said,  “It  is  imperative  to get the chefs on the forefront by creating a platform  to  acknowledge and highlight their achievements. We look forward to  associate  with  similar  platforms  to  encourage our budding chefs of India.”
