Bengaluru: With the goal of harnessing expert knowledge to drive business growth and innovation across organizations, the e-learning arm of JAIN (Deemed-to-be-University), JAIN Online, through its Learner’s Community Space – ENGAGE, hosted a webinar titled Scaling up your business with People Management and Branding, on June 28th.

The webinar featured Mr. Nihas Kamarudheen, an accomplished business analyst and marketing enthusiast with competence in business development, operations, and marketing strategy. Participants included the learners of JAIN Online from India and abroad as well as professionals in the field.

The speaker enlightened the audience about the fundamentals of utilizing talent in order to advance enterprises. In this context, he held an extensive discussion on the importance of pursuing an Online MBA in Human Resource Management and topics covering under this program such as; comprehending and developing talent, scaling a firm, using design thinking to expand enterprises, managing people, promoting brands, maximizing prospects, and ways for scaling up the design thinking approach.

The Speaker Mr. Nihas Kamarudheen, said, “A talented employee is able to give maximum results with his little efforts.  He is capable of increasing the performance of an organization. Understanding the intrinsic potential of its personnel and holding training sessions to hone their skills is one of the most crucial practices that an organization should embrace in the modern world.  This method is a crucial component of people management, which essentially entails caring for staff members, awarding them with new skills, and understanding what their personality is like. Additionally, businesses can support them to meet their demands”.

He added, “In the modern era, brand advocacy ought to be the topmost priority for businesses because it is the only way to get new promotional opportunities by spreading the good word to the media, stakeholders, and target market through a variety of media that ultimately assist businesses in reaching new heights. In addition, firms need to use design thinking techniques to address a number of evolving challenges in today’s intensely competitive world. By embracing design thinking practices, organizations may overcome complex challenges by capturing new possibilities as they arise, unleashing innovation and eventually enhancing their businesses.”

Following the discussion, Nihas Kamarudheen led a Q&A session with learners, and professionals in the field, where he emphasized maximizing opportunities and strategies.
