According to Prof. Sanjiv Marwah, Director, ERA Business School (EBS), “The whole idea behind organizing such competition is to increase the student’s creativity and enhance their thinking. Role play exercise encourage students to explore imagination, think in the abstract and discover leadership skills. Precisely it increases the intelligence of a student.”

The competition, which was open to college students, had two stages, round one was on topic mentioned above, and round two was where shortlisted candidates appear for extempore competition. At this stage, the participants had to draw their tarot card from a deck of cards and then after preparing for one minute they have to speak for three minutes about that card. A panel of jury members scrutinized all the entries and shortlisted the candidates.

During the first sate of role-play, presentation of the group led by Raheej Hasan, stole the thunder, and was declared winner while at the second stage Rekha Godra was declared winner. Prof J.P. Dahiya and Prof. Ajay Mehta from Era Business School judged the performances.
