  • India hands over list of 49 most-wanted fugitives in Pak

    Five Pakistan Army majors are among the list of the top-ten most wanted terrorists wanted by India.

    The list of 49 most-wanted fugitives in Pakistan was handed over with dossiers by Home Secretary G K Pillai to his counterpart Qamar Zaman Choudhary recently.

    The list mentions ex-majors Sajjid Majid, Sajid Mir, Abdur Rehman Hashim Syed, ex-SSG trooper Illyas Kashmiri, and two serving majors who handled LeT’s David Coleman Headley for the country’s secret services, ISI.

    The name of Sajjid Majid and Major Iqbal also appear in a charge sheet filed in Chicago Court by the US Government in respect of terrorists involved in 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
