Board certified internal medicine physician with years of experience in outpatient primary care, Dr. Leo Kao, will now serve as Integrity Health Corporation’s new medical director.

After serving as the primary care physician for Lakewood Ranch Health in Lakewood, FL, Dr. Kao has been at the helm of hybrid, direct primary care, in which he continually stays up to date on innovations in the medical field and advancements in primary care that give his patients the competence to take charge of their health.

Before practicing in Florida, Dr. Kao trained in a busy, fast-paced New York City hospital and at that time co-authored a medically-published case report with the National Library of Medicine, titled “Coronary Artery Fistula with Associated Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy: A Case Report.” Dr. Kao’s subsequent outpatient care experience, paired with his hospital years, has given him the skills to provide the best possible care to his patients. He will help Integrity Health Corporation to further its mission of disrupting the disordered normalcy of traditional western medicine.
