Bangalore  :  APS Evening College, Bangalore & Bangalore University Teachers Council of Commerce and Management organized  a State Level faculty Development workshop at the APS College Auditorium .More than 400 teachers from across Karnataka attended this one day workshop , the program was inaugurated by Dr .M . Ramachandra Gowda , Dean , DOC Bangalore University & Mr. Shajan Samuel Sr.Vice President MAAC(India)  , Professor , P.S.P. Swamy , HOD of Commerce , APSEC & Principal APSE PU College , Sri , T.V. Maruthi  , President APSET , Prof , Ashwath Narayan , R , Secretary , BUTCCM , Prof T .Srinivasa Murthy , Principal APS Evening College , Sri K .Mohan Dev Alva , Vice President , APSET & Mr. C .Nagraj , Joint Secretary ,APSET were the other dignitaries present for this function , 10 resource people from various fields conducted the workshop .

This is the second faculty development Program organized by APS College , Mr. Shajan Samuel Sr .Vice President of MAAC Said that “ Teachers are the Building blocks of capacity building for a Progressive India and Periodic workshops for Teachers are very important in enhancing their skills “.
