Indianapolis, IN :  Bastian Solutions is exhibiting at the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) conference in Orlando, FL, May 3-6. Bastian Solutions’ consulting group is exhibiting at Booth 413.

Marvin Logan, Bastian Solutions’ Director of Consulting, will facilitate a round-table discussion titled, “Pick This!” The session will discuss how with about 60% of distribution center (DC) labor costs attributed to picking, designing the most cost effective picking systems can provide the most impact to a DC operation. Participants in this session will discuss the types of operational information required to design a picking system, examine picking options, and share lessons learned from implemented designs. The session is located at Celebration 15 from 10:30-11:30 on May 5, 2015.
