Florida: Serbia’s World Number One Novak Djokovic has won the Men’s Singles title at the Miami Open Tennis tournament at Florida. In the finals played late last night, Djokovic defeated fourth seeded Briton Andy Murray in straight sets, 6-1, 7-6 to bag his third Miami Masters trophy.
Meanwhile, the Russian pair of Maria Kirilenko and Nadia Petrova has won the Women’s Doubles title. They edged past the Italian duo of Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci, 7-6, 4-6, 10-4 in the title clash last night.
