Due care of hygiene and safety factors were taken care of by the Prince Aly Khan Hospital and blood was only collected after the donors passed through preliminary medical tests like Blood Pressure, HB, weight-check, etc. The camp concluded with the donors being served tea, coffee, juice and snacks.

Speaking on the occasion, Sonali Agnihotri, Chief Operating Officer of EMDI highlighted the significance behind this initiative. She emphasised the importance of blood donation and how it can save thousands of lives. Blood Donation is a noble cause and every blood donor has contributed towards community development. We thank our SWAT team and the donors for their participation, she added further.

The SWAT team also visited The Vatsalya Foundation, spreading cheer and gifts among the street children at the Foundation. Students from PR, Events and Advertising with the SWAT team played games and interacted with over 50 children at the foundation. After a healthy treat they distributed gifts. All in all, a very fulfilling day for everyone!
