Pakistan : Pakistan’s Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said, the United States’ reward of 10 million dollars on Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed would further increase the trust deficit between the countries.

Gilani spoke about the consequences of the US move in Parliament on Thursday. Gilani informed the law makers that he took up the matter with the visiting high ranking US official Thomas Nides on Wednesday and conveyed his resentment.

Gilani told the US deputy secretary of State that when Pakistan Parliament is debating new terms of engagement with the US, such negative message would have adverse affect.

Gilani asserted that  Saeed issue is an internal matter of Pakistan and any proof of his links with terrorism should be conveyed to the courts in that country.
