New Delhi; The US State Department in its annual ‘Country Reports on Terrorism – 2015’ said Pakistan is also not taking action against terror groups like Lashkar-e-Taibathat and Haqqani network. The report said, militants are able to openly raise funds from heavily populated areas of Pakistan which results in terrorist attacks inside India and Afghanistan by Pakistan-based terrorist groups. It also said that Pakistan is slow in taking action against 2008 Mumbai terror attack perpetrators.
