Opposition stalled the proceedings in both the Houses of Parliament today over Wikileaks expose of alleged cash for votes scam in 2008. The Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 12.15 after the papers were laid on the table. The Leader of the Opposition Mrs. Sushma Swaraj demanded that Prime Minister should come to the House and clarify about the expose. The Opposition members trooped to the well of the House demanding the resignation of the Prime Minister. The Speaker Mrs. Meira Kumar adjourned the House amidst the din.

In the Rajya Sabha, as the Leader of the Opposition Mr. Arun Jaitley wanted to raise the issue, the Treasury benches started shouting. Nothing could be heard in the commotion. The Deputy Chairman K. Rahman Khan adjourned the House till 11.21. When the House reassembled the situation remained the same and the Deputy Chairman had to adjourn it till 2.30 P.M.
