New Delhi : The President and the Prime Minister have greeted people on the eve of Ram Navami. In her message, the President Mrs Pratibha Devisingh Patil wished that the festival inspires all countrymen to serve humanity with dedication and devotion.

Dr. Manmohan Singh in his message, said the festival is a celebration of Lord Ram’s belief and adherence to morality and righteousness amidst all difficulties. He said, it is an occasion to rededicate ourselves to a life of commitment and compassion.
