Noida: Satyam Group of Institutions, Sector 62 organized an Orientation Programme for their BA (Mass Media) 2020-23 and B.Ed 20-22 batch. The objective of this programme was to give the new students information about their chosen discipline and familiarize them with the various resources at the Institute that will enhance their academic experience at Satyam Group of Institutions.

 The event was attended by various honourable dignitaries, Industry professionals, Dr Ved Tewari, distinguished media professional and Global Goodwill Ambassador based in Australia, Onkaraeshwar Pandey, Founder & Editor In Chief, Indian Observer Post and Nidhikant Pandey, Executive Producer and Production Head, TV9 Bharatvarsh. During the Programme Mrs.Sneh Singh, Chairperson, Satyam Group of Institutions, Mr. Pradeep Gupta, Our Trustee Secretary, Dr Naharsingh Joint Director SCERT Delhi, Dr.Priyanka Mehta Principal, Sarvottam International School, and Faculty members along with new students of BA (Mass Media) and B.Ed were also present.

 Addressing the New batch, Chairperson of Satyam Group of Institutions Mrs. Sneh Singh, advised the students to be motivated by the seniors and stressed upon the strict following of the rules and regulations and discipline. Further she elaborated on the role of educators and the moral, ethical and academic responsibilities of sincere learners. She also spoke about the importance of Knowledge as an integral element of our existence and how it has the power to bring about immense change in the world.

The distinguished speakers highlighted the pre- requisites, scope and challenges of Media, Journalism and Mass Communication and Education as a career. They advised the students how to groom themselves as a true media professional and academician in today’s challenging world. Cultural programmes were also presented by the students.
