    Shane Makan appreciates the mindset of an unfit person. He knows that many external factors as, as well as habits and societal pressure, push them to obesity that is the harbinger of most health problems. He says, “Whenever a client initiates the first conversation, I always ask them about their perception of fitness. One of the common answers I get is that they want to look good, be muscular and attract the opposite sex. I try to explain to them that fitness isn’t just a method to look attractive and if they just want that, it will be of no use in the longer run. I intend to cultivate a positive approach in the minds of my clients rather than just beginning a workout program. I am happy that my clients make it a point to educate themselves and even others about the idea and the real meaning of fitness which transcends the mere goal of looking attractive.”
