An anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi has issued arrest warrant against former Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf in Benazir Bhutto’s murder case.

The court was hearing the case involving the murder of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto today.

The petitioner told the court that even after being summoned and proclaimed as offender, Musharraf did not appear in the court, therefore, the court should give orders to confiscate his property. While taking notice, the court issued arrest warrant against former president and ordered to submit details of his movable and immovable property in the court.

The court adjourned the hearing for two weeks.
