Campaigning has picked up for 40 seated Assembly election in Mizoram.

209 candidate remain in the fray, as three candidates have withdrawn their nomination.

Today was the last date for withdrawal of candidature.

The state is going to polls on 28th of this month.

Meanwhile, Aizawl bench of  Guwahati High Court on Wednesday stayed the final publication of Electoral Roll for Kolasib district of the state.
