  • Campus Connect brings leading Universities from the US, Europe and Singapore to tour Schools in India

    Mumbai : Campus Connect – India’s first registered Education Travel Company has taken an innovative step to contribute towards the rising graph of Indian Education System. Campus Connect in one of its kind initiative has brought together top ranking International Universities and Indian Students under one roof through the Urban India Undergraduate Recruitment Tour. The 12-day tour starting from September 7th, takes seven top International Universities from USA, Europe and Singapore to visit 22 schools in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

    The drive is a reflection of Campus Connect’s mantra – empowering Indian Students; and engaging International Universities with their Global strategic Initiatives. Aimed towards creating a transparent global platform that lets student to personally interact and engage with foreign institutions. It will help students to understand and find the right school/course through counselling given directly by the university- making information exchange much easier and trustworthy.

    The targeted tour will have acclaimed Global Universities on board – University of California Irvine (USA), IE University (Spain), Temple University (USA), Kings Education (USA), James Cook University (Singapore), Laureate Design Universities (USA, Italy and New Zealand), Polimoda International Institute Fashion Design and Marketing (Italy). Through this enterprise, Campus Connect is introducing a wide variety of undergraduate courses offered by these universities, which varies from liberal arts to steadfast subjects like engineering, Finance, Marketing, Film Making, Game Design, Visual Arts, Luxury Brand Management, Fashion Design, Journalism, Media Studies, Psychology, Political Science, Economics etc.

     

    Commenting on bringing some of the best Universities to International Baccalaureate Schools in India, Campus Connect’s spokesperson said, “We are working to establish an important bond between students and these Universities; ensuring a transparent flow of information and getting parent’s every query answered.     According to FICCI-EY report in 2014, Higher Education Enrolments in India is estimated to grow from 28.5 million in 2012 to 42.1 million by 2020. Another report by EY states that by 2020, India would need 40 million University places; among the existing ones only a few Indian Higher Education Institutes are globally ranked. The acclaimed Foreign Universities have shown interest to realise India’s demographic dividend and have taken a step forward to fill the need gap by offering study programmes which are distinctive and globally competitive. With the increasing demand of both skilled workers and world-class education among the aspiring Indian middle class, India has the second highest Higher Education Enrolment in the world (after China) according to UNESCO. The Campus Connect tour aims at bridging the gap and making students’ dream come true.
