    Centre plans to expand its BPO Promotion Scheme to create more jobs for rural youth. It was stated by IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad in New Delhi today.

    Highlighting the achievements of his ministry during last four years, Mr. Prasad said under the BPO movement seats will be extended from current 48 thousand to one lakh. He added that country’s largest data centre will be set up in Bhopal.

    The Minister informed over 59 crore Indians have linked about 88 crore Bank Accounts with Aadhar.

    Nearly four lakh crore rupee has been disbursed as direct benefit transfer to poor people leading to savings of 90 thousand crore rupees in the last four years.

    Mr. Prasad, who is also the Minister of Law and Justice said, NDA government has taken several steps to make justice accessible for all.
