  • China objected to the home minister’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh

    Guwahati: China has objected to Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh, claiming that it was a violation of Beijing’s “regional sovereignty” and “sabotaged political mutual trust” between the two countries.Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a visit to Arunachal Pradesh. Addressing the people, Shah said that after abolishing most of the provisions of Article 370, the confusion is being spread that Article 371 will also be abolished, but it will never happen. Amit Shah said that the state of Arunachal was established on this day 33 years ago. I am happy that in the last 6 years, development work is going on at a rapid pace under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pema Khandu.North East has always been very important for India, the tribes settling in this inaccessible region are nothing less than a makeup for Indian culture. Shah further said that the culture of India is not only incomplete without the culture of the North East, but also crippled. He said that the Modi government wants the entire North East region to be free from problems like insurgency, inter-governmental conflict over borders. Amit Shah is in Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday for the 34th State Day celebrations and launched several developmental projects in the state on the occasion.
