JORHAT : The Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal along with Naba Kumar Doley inaugurated first of its kind Skill Development Centre in Upper Assam at Kaziranga University which is sponsored by Pradhan Mantri Kushal Vikas Yojana under Skill India of National Skill Development Corporation, Government of India at the premises of the Kaziranga University at Koraikhuwa ui Jorhat district here today.

The Centre is under the initiative of Assam Skill Development Mission for training and initiative to make youths skilled for automobile development. Later Sonowal interacted with the students and teachers about their output and for their future course, and their interest for the skill development courses that has been offered by Kaziranga University. During the inaugural function Dr. Basant Khaitan the pro-vice chancellor of KU along with faculty members were also present, informed Dilwar Singh, General Manager Public Relation  of KU here to this correspond .
