Patna: In Bihar, unidentified criminals today shot dead a correspondent of a Hindi daily Dainik Bhaskar, Dharmendra Kumar Singh at Sasaram in Rohtash district, District Magistrate Animesh Kumar Parasar said.

He told AIR that the incident occurred at Amaratalab locality under Sasaram police station when the journalist was standing at a tea shop when motorcycle borne criminals fired at him indiscriminately and escaped. He brought to local hospital where he declared dead. Raids are being conducted to nab the criminals.
