Mangaldai : Lengeriyajhar Krishak High School of Darrang is going to receive felicitation from the government on the occasion of the teachers’ day  as the high performing institution along with nine other institutions of the State with hundred percent results in the HSLC or HSSLC examination consecutively for last three years . According to a letter from Director of Secondary Education , Govt of Assam to the Inspector Schools of Darrang the Head Master and ten senior teachers of the institution along with the President of the School Management Development Committee (SMDC) have been invited to the central  function of teachers’ day  organized at International Auditorium Kalakhetra , Guwahati where they will be awarded with a cash prize of rupees one lakh along with felicitation . Apart from Lengeriyajhar Krishak High School nine other high performing  institutions of the State which are selected for this award are Lengeri HS School , Dibrugarh ; Sissipathsala HS School Dhubri ; Bordoloni HS School , Dhemaji ; Pallarpar madrassa High School , Barpeta Narengkhati High School , Sonitpur ; Guwahati Refinary High School ; Noonmati ; Hindi English High School , Tinsukia ; Girish Vidyapith (SPL)High School , Baksa and Paschim Chamata High School , Nalbari
