Slowly and gradually people tend to slip into depression .Depression is thought in our mind which is stuck. When we do not look at its initial stage, then that depression grows like a huge tree within us which further influences and takes us towards negativity and negative energies. Depression always begins with a small situation. Even a smallest thing can take you towards depression. Many people suffer from anxiety attacks which are situation specific. People do not realize that what exactly is depression or anxiety. People need to know and understand the symptom of depression. The main symptom of depression are:

For instance when someone has fever they do not hesitate or shy away from going to a doctor. If you think you are low and alone and there is no one with you, if you have any such feeling that you are lonely or left out or you feel negativity around you at that same time you need a spiritual life coach or a healer who can help you eradicate the negativity around you and make your life positive.
