ED moves Delhi High Court challenging anticipatory bail to Chidambaram, Karti

The Enforcement Directorate, ED today approached the Delhi High Court seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail 
granted to former finance minister P Chidambaram and his son, Karti in the Aircel-Maxis case.
The plea is likely to be heard tomorrow. The ED has challenged the September 5 order of the special court granting relief to the father-son duo.
Chidambaram is lodged in jail after being arrested by the CBI on August 21 in the INX Media case. The trial court had also granted them anticipatory bail in the Aircel-Maxis case filed by CBI.
