New Delhi : HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar has said, for the last five years, the government has been working constantly on generating more employment. Mr Javadekar was speaking at a workshop on Job and Livelihood organised by Confederation of Indian Industry in New Delhi today. He stressed on capturing accurate data determining employment status so that no misconception about employment comes into being. The Minister said, the country is now in better condition in terms of employment generation and each sector is witnessing an increase in job opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, Railways Minister Piyush Goyal said, renewable energy sector will not only provide better job opportunities in future but people associated with it will help protect environment as well.
