Mangaldai  : Pratishruti Foundation, a Guwahati based non government organization in association with the State Bank of India and the Darrang District Govt Pensioners’ Association has organised a physiotherapy camp on Wednesday . Physiotherapist Mrigendra Sharma with the help his fellow assistants offered free consultation to nearly fifty registered patients older age most of whom had non surgicable prolong disorders on shoulders and back. Dr Jaykanta Saharia, President of the local Pensioners’ body while talking to this correspondent termed the camp to be a need of the hour for the elderly persons of the locality. The day long camp here at the Pensioners’ Bhawan was earlier inaugurated by Siddhartha Das, the Director of Pratishruti Foundation in presence of its local coordinator Birendra Sharma and members of the Pensioners’ Association among others.
