Guwahati : Shocking but true that no Assamese has left in 3 Constituencies of Assam. This statement has made by Finance and Education Minister of the State Himanta Biswa Sarma. Assam Finance and Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma recently claimed that there are at least three constituencies in Assam that do not have any Assamese left and in at least 12 districts Assamese have become minorities. Earlier, he said that it was not the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh that brought Hinduism in Assam but it was Sankardev and Madhavdev who brought Hinduism in Assam. Speaking about the rampant encroachment in the Satras of the state by illegal Bangladeshis, Himanta Biswa Sarma stated that the rate at which illegal migrants are encroaching Satra land, there might soon come a time when some other religion will be practiced in the Satras. He further added that something has to be done soon to prevent this from happening in Assam. He further said that if we forget our religion and culture then one day Badruddin Ajmal will rule in Assam. Assam Finance and Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also claimed that this is not the only thing to worry about. He added that apart from this the leftists are also a big issue to worry about. The leftists in Assam are trying to sell off the state by trying to divert the attention from the main issue of illegal migrants. Sarma also said that they have donned the fake costume of ‘Assamese nationalism’ and are creating issues to divert the attention from the main issues.
