Mangaldai October 26 : Parliamentarian of Mangaldai Loksabha, Dilip Saikia has urged upon the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat, PM Jan Arogya Yojana  to share their experience of benefits of the Central health scheme with people of their neighbour for its mass awareness. Parliamentarian Saikia was directly interacting with a section of beneficiaries of the scheme in Darrang district here at his rented residence on Saturday. Addressing a small gathering of people including beneficiaries, health officials and staff and party workers, Saikia said that this mega health scheme was introduced by the Narendra Modi led central government with an aim to make a disease free healthy India. ” The scheme has covered fifty crores population of the country where as sixty five thousand families have been covered in Darrang district based on the 2011 economic and caste census.”, MP Saikia included. Several beneficiaries like Jamuna Biswas of Mangaldai Gerimari, Nimai Kalita of Mudoibori Bezpara, Amina Khatun of Dhula Khataniapara etc shared their personal experiences of how the scheme helped them to get recovered from their health disorders following quality medical treatments. The meeting will also addressed by Mangaldai Legislator Gurujyoti Das, Additional Deputy Commissioner in charge of Health Department Navajyoti Oja and Joint Director of Health Services, Darrang Dr Ruplal Nunisa among others. Earlier MP Saikia greeted all the beneficiaries present each with a phulam gamosa.
