The mercury continues its upward trend in the national capital with the minimum this morning settling four notches above normal. At 13.6 degrees, it was two degrees more than yesterday. The maximum also settled four notches above average at 26.8 degrees. The Met department expects the temperature to rise further with mercury likely to oscillate between 29 and 13 degrees today. The weatherman also predicts the sky to remain partly cloudy today and the city is likely to experience light rainfall tomorrow.
