Guwahati : Congress President Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to be in Itanagar on Tuesday to kick start the party’s campaign for Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Tripura. He is expected to address an election rally in Arunachal Pradesh’s Itanagar.Congress chief Rahul Gandhi said his party will restore the special category status to Arunachal Pradesh and other states in the northeast if elected to power. Election to the 60-member Arunachal Pradesh Assembly and two Lok Sabha seats will be held on April 11.
