  • Saradha group chairman accuses two TMC MPs

    Saradha group chairmanChairman of Saradha Group company Sudipta Sen has accused two Trinamool Congress MPs of ‘extortion’ and ‘blackmail’ and blamed them for his downfall.

    Sen, in a letter to CBI, threatened to commit suicide for his predicament as he feared he would not be able to refund the public money.

    Meanwhile West Bengal BJP demanded a CBI probe. Reacting to the situation West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee promised to take action against anyone found guilty.

    She also announced a 500 crore rupees relief fund for the duped investors. Meanwhile, all the three accused including Sudipto Sen had been flown to Kolkata on Wednesday night. They will be produced in a Kolkata court on Thursday.
