New Delhi Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has said, she was consulting everyone about the action to be taken against AAP MP Bhagwant Mann. AAP member is in the centre of controversy after recording a video of Parliament complex and its security set up.

Mahajan told media outside Parliament that all MPs are agitated as it is a matter of security of the Parliament. Ms Mahajan said, when Mann met  the Speaker over the issue this afternoon, he expressed his willingness to apologise, but the issue cannot be resolved by merely doing so. The Speaker said, she would have taken a prompt action, if it was done inside the House.

Meanwhile, Mann said he apologised unconditionally and assured the Speaker that this will not be repeated. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mann said his intention was not to put the security of Parliament at threat. The MP said, he has urged the Speaker to give an opportunity to explain his position.
