  • Traders hold protest in Delhi against killing of 20 Indian Soldiers in Galwan Valley

    Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) today demonstrated it’s resentment in the National Capital against the killing of 20 Indian Soldiers in the Galwan Valley last week.

    Members of the trade association burnt Chinese goods in the main market in the city’s Karol Bagh area. The protesting traders led by CAIT, Secretary General Praveen Khandelwal were briefly detained by the police and taken to the Karol Bagh Police Station.

    The traders body recently launched a national campaign named as Bhartiya Samaan, Hamara Abhimaan to boycott Chinese goods.

    Secretary General CAIT, Praveen Khandelwal said that traders and consumers across the country have shown great enthusiasm and tremendous support for boycott of Chinese goods campaign.

    CAIT has urged traders from all over the country to refrain from selling or buying Chinese goods in view of the upcoming festivals.
