In Kashmir valley, army has seized a big haul of arms near line of control in Keran sector in Kupwara district. Defence sources said in Srinagar that the seized weapons included 98 pistols, 10AK rifles and 2 machine guns.

Sources said that the militants were carrying these weapons from the line of control to this side. When the army challenged the militants, they fled, leaving behind the arms.
