Last rites of Martyr Jitendra Singh performed with state honours at his native village in Bihar

Patna: In Bihar, last rites of Martyr Jitendra Singh were performed with state honours at his native village Siswa in Raxaul Police Station area of East Champaran district. A Guard of Honour was accorded to martyr before last rites.
A large number of people participated in last journey of Martyr Jitendra Singh. He was posted at RS Pura sector in Jammu and Kashmir. Villagers of Martyr have decided not to celeberate Diwali this year.
Meanwhile, Bihar government has given an assistance of 11 lakh rupees to the family of Martyr.
