Mangaldai:  Mangaldai Sports Association (MSA), a premier sports organizing body of Assam’s Darrang district  is going to organize its inter club  Super Division football league from Friday in the Mangaldai Vidyapith playground in stead of its regular plat ground Mangaldai Stadium due some ongoing field  development works in the stadium. This was stated by Bipul Kr Sarma , Football Secretary of the Sports Body . The champion of the tournament where eight clubs have confirmed their participation , for the first time  will receive Dr Revati Mohan Bordoloi memorial trophy . Till last year the  trophy of the champion team has been named  after late Dr Latifuddin Ahmed , but due to technical reason the name of the trophy has to be changed , the MSA source added.  In the inaugural match on Friday the defending  champion Kehutoli Bangrim will take on Blue Bird . The football secretary Sarma also announced the schedule of its ‘ A’ Division football league starting on August 26 next . This ‘A’ Division league will also feature eight clubs , informed ,the organizer.
